Our Mission

HQ Gift Cards provides management services for some of the most successful mall gift card programs in the country. Our mission is to deliver programs that exceed client expectations, institute strong operational and financial controls, enhance revenue opportunities and provide an environment for growth. We are committed to unparalleled attention-to-detail, elevated response times and accuracy in everything we do — ultimately providing you peace-of-mind.

History

Our business was founded in 2000 as gift cards infiltrated the shopping center industry and a need surfaced for independent management expertise. We’ve grown with the phenomenon — looking to enhance client services with new opportunities. We manage operations for more than 200 malls and casinos from our Los Angeles-based headquarters. Westfield, Taubman, PREIT, CBL, Bayer, Vornado, Feldman, Harrah’s, MGM and others rank among our clients.

In 2006, HQ was acquired by Ceridian Stored Value Solutions, a leading provider of proprietary retail gift cards and other electronic processing services. CSVS brings HQ added strength in the areas of new product development, service enhancement and capitalization, which positively impacts capabilities for our clients.
